How the agent-shopping process works

This six-stage workflow follows KameyMall’s published shopping instructions. Treat timeframes and availability as platform information to verify at the time of your order.

  1. 01

    Find or paste the product

    KameyMall’s published tutorial says shoppers can paste a product URL or search by product name. Confirm that the parsed title, seller, options and photos belong to the item you intended to open.

  2. 02

    Submit the order details

    Select color, size and quantity when the listing is captured correctly. If an automatic listing cannot be read, the official flow provides a manual agent-order form instead.

  3. 03

    Pay the item-stage charges

    The official tutorial separates the product order from the later parcel order. At this stage the shopper pays for the item and Chinese domestic delivery; international freight is handled after warehousing.

  4. 04

    Wait for agent purchase and seller delivery

    The shopping agent contacts the seller and places the order. KameyMall’s public FAQ says normal seller dispatch is commonly 1–7 days, while presale items may take longer.

  5. 05

    Review inspection photos and storage

    After arrival, the service says it performs an inspection, photographs the item and stores it. Compare the ordered color, size, quantity and visible condition before building a parcel.

  6. 06

    Submit the international parcel

    Select stored items, enter the destination, compare eligible routes and choose any packaging or insurance options. Some products are restricted from particular delivery lines, so use the live route list.
