Use the warehouse stage quickly and deliberately. The current guide is based on KameyMall’s public inspection, storage and return information reviewed August 3, 2026.
What QC photos can and cannot show
Use the photos to verify visible color, quantity, size label, obvious damage and included accessories. Compare them with the exact order record, not only with the seller’s main promotional image.
QC photos cannot establish authenticity, hidden materials, long-term durability or exact fit. Ask for clarification when a decision depends on a detail that is not visible.
Act within the available return window
KameyMall’s public FAQ lists products that may not be returned, says the result can depend on the seller and states that returns are not supported after more than five days in the warehouse.
Inspect promptly. When reporting a problem, identify the precise mismatch and attach the source listing or selected-option evidence. A general statement that the item looks bad is less useful than a measurable discrepancy.
Understand storage without delaying inspection
The same public FAQ states that orders have a 180-day storage period, with up to 90 days free, and lists extended storage at RMB 10 per month. Confirm the current countdown and fee inside the account.
Storage time and return time are different. A product can still have free storage remaining after the practical return opportunity has closed.
Prepare the correct parcel
Use measured weight and dimensions to update the freight estimate. Check whether the product is restricted from particular routes before combining it with other stored items.
Balance package removal against protection. KameyMall’s FAQ warns that damage under simple packaging is not covered by insurance, so choose packaging according to the value and fragility of the item.
