Use the sheet to reach a relevant listing, then follow the published agent-shopping stages. Fact-checked against KameyMall’s public tutorial on August 3, 2026.
1. Shortlist, then verify the exact listing
Search by a specific item name or browse the relevant category. The sheet is an index, so open the exact product page and confirm the live CNY price, seller images, variant names, size information and quantity rules.
KameyMall’s tutorial says shoppers can paste a product URL or search by name. If a listing is not captured correctly, the published process provides a manual agent-order form. Never replace missing product information with a guess.
2. Keep the first payment separate
The official tutorial says the item-stage payment covers the product and Chinese domestic delivery. International freight is paid later, after the article reaches the warehouse and a parcel is created.
Record the selected variant, CNY price and all visible checkout lines. An approximate USD conversion helps comparison but does not lock the seller price, exchange rate or later shipping cost.
3. Use warehouse photos as a decision point
After arrival, the published flow says the item is inspected, photographed and stored. Compare visible color, quantity, size label, condition and included accessories with the order record.
KameyMall’s FAQ says returns are not supported after an item has remained in the warehouse for more than five days, and some categories cannot be returned. Review QC photos promptly rather than waiting until parcel submission.
4. Build the parcel with measured data
KameyMall’s public FAQ lists 180 days of total storage and up to 90 free days, but the live account countdown is the current source. Consolidate only items that are ready and sensible to ship together.
Choose an eligible route using warehouse weight, dimensions, product restrictions and packaging needs. The parcel instructions mention packaging removal, reinforcement and insurance; each choice can change protection and chargeable weight.
